Aylin wandered aimlessly around her little apartment, straightening up random things in attempt to make it look cleaner than it actually was. She wouldn’t usually invite a guy over, especially one she had interest in, when her apartment was such a wreck, but she missed Charlie. She found that if she spent any great deal of time away from him, the ache to see him would only grow stronger. It was no lie Aylin really liked Charlie.
When she heard a knock on her door, she sat up from the couch she had taken a seat on and walked to the door. She moved her bangs out of her face and opened the door, smiling at the boy who greeted her. “Hey.” He said, her eyes flickering the the various foods he carried and laugh lightly. “I see you did bring food.” She opened the door and motioned for him to come in.
Aylin chuckled at his small joke. She motioned for him to come in as she glanced around the room, still not satisfied...
